Rich and Valerie McKay are looking for other suckers… er… ADVENTURERS… who might be inclined to join in a one day ride on September 7, 2014.  We have signed up for “The Tour de Tahoe”, a 72 mile ride around Lake Tahoe, and figure that it would be fun to see other tandems pedaling around “Big Blue”.  

There is also a 35 mile option for the more casual cyclists that starts with a morning boat ride across the lake, where you join the route and cycle back to the start/finish point.

There is also a third option, a fund raiser for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (follow the link from the Tour de Tahoe web page).
Hoping to see the fit or the foolish (I’m currently in the latter category) in September!
