Laura and Duncan McCabe started tandeming in 1991, splurging on a brand new Burley Duet for $1500. 3 months later they headed to Florida for their first self-supported tour. 67,000 miles later, they've cycled in France, Sweden, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and throughout the USA. Touring upgraded to a coupled Bushnell. The "fast" bike is a 2000 Litespeed. In addition to self-supported touring, they enjoy attending tandem rallies.
